Vanilla Coke is my reedition of the classic Reverb units this time on tubes!
Controls are MIX, TONE and DWELL:
The MIX parameter controls the mix between the dry signal and the wet signal, even with the MIX at 0% we hear a small but nice reverb
The reverb output is somewhat more attenuated than the guitar signal as the MIX control is increased, but the saturation of the tube preamp is present in this circuit.
You will have a very nice saturation even if the amp is already breaking up the signal.
even if the volume is attenuated by the Reverb, you will notice a little saturation in the guitar signal without clipping.
The TONE control allows us to add high frequencies to the reverb, making it brighter and darker. Set to 100% we get the brightest sound and the most present Reverb feeling.
The DWELL control allows us to control the amount of signal going into the Reverb tank, so by overloading the tank we can get a more pronounced and long lasting decay
Built on the pattern of the old Fender units, 6g15 unit is our way of paying tribute to one of the best guitar effects (and in general for any instrument) in history.
Built point-to-point on an eyelet plate.big reverb tank, full of splashes and tremendous drip, the Fuzz's best friend
Tubes: 12AX7s, 1x12AU7, 6k6
Built in a wood cabinet with the same dimensions as the Fender 6g15 reverb unit.
Please ask us if you want us to put XLR inputs with signal transformer instead of normal jack inputs to use the reverb as send and return in a mixing console.
***Please write to us if you are interested in another type of Tolex or Grillcloth. as made as a Preorder we can choose part of the finish results
